Wow...I have to start by saying it's awesome to be able to get that relaxed! Guided meditation really works to make things simple. I love the way it works...just close your eyes and listen and before you know it your body is so relaxed. If you haven't tried this yet...really go do it! Journey On was very relaxing and a great "escape".
I truly believe that meditation is a daily need in everyone's lives. I started to meditate at night and it really helps. I have been doing this for just about a month now and since I have started I can really tell a difference in my daily life at work and my sleeping patterns are getting better. Just my opinion, but it really helps.
There are many websites out there that offer free guided meditations. I chose something different all the time. Since I have just started I haven't found "the one" yet. It's amazing what your mind goes through.
