Journey On Meditation

Wow...I have to start by saying it's awesome to be able to get that relaxed! Guided meditation really works to make things simple. I love the way it works...just close your eyes and listen and before you know it your body is so relaxed. If you haven't tried this yet...really go do it! Journey On was very relaxing and a great "escape".

I truly believe that meditation is a daily need in everyone's lives. I started to meditate at night and it really helps. I have been doing this for just about a month now and since I have started I can really tell a difference in my daily life at work and my sleeping patterns are getting better. Just my opinion, but it really helps.

There are many websites out there that offer free guided meditations. I chose something different all the time. Since I have just started I haven't found "the one" yet. It's amazing what your mind goes through.

    It's nice to hear you have found so much success with meditation. I'm starting to wonder if everyone in this class practices it. Not exactly the business courses I'm used to. I'm liking the atmosphere!

    Which guided meditations do you like to use at night? Feel free to post some links to those websites you spoke of ;)

    I love the way your blog site looks, it reminds me of up North and rain. It is raining here now, so it sets the mood to reality. I love the rain. It is calming, I guess it is the rhythm or something.
    Any way, I am glad I found out how to find you on this blog thing.
    I love your black square and purple words for a back drop as well. Good choice of colors! You did good! It all looks really snazzy!
