Let me start by saying this was a good exercise. It was just what I needed after a day like today. I live in a tourist town so summer times are very busy and filled with a lot of people. Just so you know more of where I am on this, the population in the winter months is about 4000 and in the summer is about 20,000. Now I know to a big city that isn't much, but our town is pretty small and there are only a few places to go, so you see all these people constantly!
After doing this exercise I was relaxed and felt like I was at my favorite spot...which happens to be a sandy beach at sunset....no one is around...and the only noise you can hear is the water rolling up on the rocks and shore. The exercise did seem a little flaud in the aspect with the speaking wasn't consistent. Oh well...I was still completely into it.
Mental Workout:
To me, a mental workout is when you make yourself gain control of your mind. This is done by allowing "life" to slip out and a push of focus to your inner-self. I think Mental workouts are very much needed in everyday life. Doing this will help you control your stress levels and energy levels.
